* fixed a little bug after about one year

* fixed two bad bugs
* added date, protection bits, comment and owner. Can be switched on with
  ATTRIB argument for MountENV. NOCLONE refers to copying
  from ENVARC:.
* VMM support (not tested). Now uses private memory.

* Attrib support in Rename.
* Internal use of protection bits.

Very new:
* COPYFROM argument to give autocopy sources different from ENVARC:
  Useful to create a disk cache
